Dismantling my insides

by Danielle   Jun 15, 2006

Smile into the face who tore apart your meaningless love...
Trace the shadows that will never forget you.
Break the pieces even smaller to try to remake your life...
Touch your face, but not to reveal another flaw...
Hold your own hands as you remember all the lost loves who have once slid their fingers between yours...
Hold your breath as if to never give another thought about the people you use to love...
Seize a glance from someone new you want to love.
Remember the old kisses as your lips glide into his...
Instantly miss the one I use to hold and call my own...
I die again and break a new one apart...
