Cant stop the tears

The sadness just won't seem to go away. I don't know what has caused this change in me, but I can't hold back the tears that fall down my face. I reach out my hand, only to grasp emptiness. There's no one there to help me out of this pit of sadness I have fallen into. Each tear that falls is another cry for help that I can't seem to utter into words.
