Goodbye friend

I don't want to go on like this,
It feels like an endless abyss.

I've hurt myself so many times,
and written so many poems I'm running out of rhymes.

I crave to take revenge for what you've done,
but I love you too much to get out the gun.

I'm going to need some mental help,
I'm continuously walking on kelp.

The moment has come to say goodbye,
I just know that I'm going to cry.

One day I hope we'll be friends again,
but who knows when.
