Lost, Broken, and Forgotten

Deep inside you knew I cared
Deep inside you knew I cried
But all you ever wanted
Was to hurt me all the time
You smoked crack
And messed around
With my best friend
That whole time
I was laying there crying
I never knew I could hurt this much
I just wish I could get over you
As easily as you got over me
I finally got sick of hearing her
So I got up and went to the bathroom
I found something sharp
And started cutting myself
Without even thinking about the pain
She never even thought it would hurt me this much
She thought I was over him
But she thought wrong
Now I sit here thinking to myself
How could someone I called a friend
Hurt me as much as she did that night?
I thought I was broken
Thought I was lost
But now I know for sure
I'm Lost, Broken, and Forgotten...
