Lighning

by calvin   Jun 16, 2006

Under a vail of dark hear.

Lightning shines threw hes stare.

Striking me driving like a dart.

Moving fast aiming at my heart.

As my eys move down.

They settle on a frown.

As her lips lay in sadness.

I see that she has ben blest.

Her neck bens as her head falls.

But my hand doesn't tremble or stalls.

As it setels on her cheek.

Both of us are unable to speak.

The lightning goes with are fear.

We'r close her face so near.

My lips fight slowly and then land.

All fears fail to be, fail to stand.
