Sea of Dandelions

by alex   Jun 16, 2006

Pulses in sync, fingers intertwined
lying in the grass watching the world go by
promises renewed, fights forgotten
conversations relived and goodbyes forsaken
no thoughts or words stray to tomorrow
no inclination of moving or preparing their farewells
only thoughts spoken, puppy loves logic
maybe if we dont move, thisll last for forever
eyelashes flutter, breathing evens out
just lying in the grass, in a sea of dandelions
