Forbidden love

Love is hurtful
Love is pain
It can tear you apart
It can drive you insane

When the one you want
is so far away
when there's nothing you can do
nothing you can say...

When you love someone dearly
but they dont feel the same
when you mean nothing to them
when they hardly know your name.

But it wont leave your mind
it brings you to tears
when you want them to hold you
so you can forget all your fears

But it is not even an option
to get the one you crave for
for its almost impossible
but still, you love them more

The worst sensation to have
is to feel your heart tear
every minute that in your mind
your loved one is there

Every single time
that reality returns
your heart will shatter more
you simply crash and burn

No where you can run
no where you can hide
no way to forget
all those tears that you've cried

Your one and only wish
is for that person to see
to notice you more
every day you plea

You wish dreams were reality
reality was just your mind
though you must wake up in the end
and figure life isn't that kind

You know it wont happen
though you can't let him go
you put up with your bruised heart
and always dread tomorrow

Feel your heart beat faster
when he flashes you a grin
but when he turns, feel the pain
realising it meant nothing to him...
