Death\'s Visit To My Home

by shanice   Jun 17, 2006

~~*This is a sonnet i wrote about death. it\'s the shakespearean sonnet, it may be a little confusing at first though. i guess that\'s bad but either way, plz read and comment/vote. i would appreciatge it extremely and will definetely return the favor.thnx.*~~

What do you do when death comes to face you?
Please tell me, for death woke me up today.

It snuck in my home, sat on my bed too.
I had asked death why it had come in May,

I welcomed Death June, not out of the blue.
Death said to me, â??How dare you plan your day.

You want to leave after your deed is due,
Take your life at your hand, how dare thee say â??

â??Please have mercy on meâ?? said I so true.
â??After your bad deed, you want not to stay.

But that will not be, so think well and do.
Life or death?â?? â??Please kill me after.â?? I pray.

With that, Death left, no words said, deedâ??s in pack,
A monthâ??s gone and Death has still not come back.
