A Beacon In The Night

A Beacon in the Night

Your calls come in when I need them most
Thank you for calling me that night
that special night

I needed you
Full of doubt
Ever so uncertain
That I can be the one
For you

Your call was my beacon
On that cool, star filled night

I love you so much
Every fiber in my being says it
I donâ??t know how I possibly
Could do anything to disturb it
Please forgive me

You are my life
And that is what so truly scares
And delights me

Can you ask for anything else?
I cannot

A night I never thought possible
Your smile, your laugh
A moon illuminating
Beautiful brown eyes
A man on earth
Now in his own heaven

There can be so many more like it

So filled with passion
Kisses are not enough
Making sweet all consuming love
With the one I love
I can no longer wait
Another second

Being joined as one
Making sweet love
On that private special night
My soul rejoices
At the thought of it

Thank you for calling me that night
