Cuts

by Perfectly Imperfect   Jun 18, 2006

I look down and see the blood flow
This time they are not on my wrists
I should stop it, I know.
Who really cares? Itâ??s an empty list.

Nobody will notice. So why do I stop?
Thoughts swim through my head,
The blood is falling, drop by drop.
I think of all the tears Iâ??ve cried in bed.

There is no need to stay here,
Where I just get upset
I am full of fear,
I donâ??t want my friends to fret.

I look down at my stomach,
And watch the blood flow,
I seem to be all out of luck.
The razor came down for two, but this time my mind says no.
