Lost in the world without her parents
She doesn't know what to do
One too many times shes tired
And now were all at loss
Feeling sad and mad
That she had no clue
That she was loved by so many
With a boyfriend and god on her side
She had many friends
The young girl just didn't know
That her percious life was about to end
We loved her so
We miss her now
She'll never be out of mind
Even tho she thought she was left behide
Mother dead and father gone
She was left to fight alone
We all tried to give support
We knew she had it rough
Now she'll never know what could have been
If she had just held on a little bit longer
For this young girl..
Never ever got to highschool
Never got to go to prom.
Never got to get married or have kids
If you can hear me girl
It wasn't your fault
You were never to blame
For all you've gone through
You were loved by many
Just had a rough life
And now you can't live the rest
At least now you'll be in a better place
Although suicides a sin
I know you went to heaven
You were a great girl
And god loved you very much
***The girl this poem is about didn't actually die. She attempted suicide a couple days ago and inspired me for this poem. Although she has tried many times before, she has never succeeded and I'm very thankful for that. Thank god she was rushed straight to the hospital when she was found. Even though she didn't die, everything else is this poem about her is true. Take care Brooklyn, hope you get better soon!***
