I Love You

Love can make you feel things you've never felt inside
Love can lead you places where there's no reason to hide.

Love can break your heart and mend it with each day
Love can make you say things you never had the courage to say.

Love can tell you things that you always refuse to know
Love can make you open up and show feelings you never show.

Love can make you selfish, make you hateful and cruel
But love can leave you behind, stranded like a fool.

Love can give you passion that you will share with people around
Love can give you the strength to always stand your ground.

Love can leave you empty, as hollow as a wall
Love can leave you weak, and all you do is crawl.

But love can lack compassion, something many don't see
But love is all I feel right now, for you and for me.

    Very nice poem. love is! good concept and true description of what love is or can be. i think it's nice to have focused on that. i like how u analysed it and put it in words in a poem definitely good result with it too. 5/5
