Blue Skies And Rich Earth

by RainbowSlider   Jun 18, 2006

We breathe the air and we get by.
But we are so much more than air.
Sand castles can be in the sky.
But the sand can get in our hair.

Nature can be seen in the soil.
Nature can be seen in the sky.
Nature can be seen in the toil.
Nature can be seen in the cry.

We should not be afraid of dirt.
It is just our beautiful earth.
There is treasure in the dirt.
There is treasure in our birth.

Our lives are not always clean.
Our smiles are not always true.
Our advice is not always mean.
Our feelings are not always blue.

I gave this a {4/5} because the second stanza is not in rhythm with the others...Its like this random bump.
