Thoughts of a fall

Life goes on
I'm falling
life goes on
I'm crying
no one knows I'm here
no one knows it's you i fear
it seems I'm happy
but I'm lying
they see me laughing
but I'm dying
they see a smile
they miss the blood
they hold me close
then push me in the mud
some friends care
some friends don't
my cardboard hearts tears
and i choke on a note
all these things
are what make me want to slit my throat
so as i hit ground i crumble
and as i close my eyes rocks tumble
no one can find me
