Running From The Rain (Acrostic)

by Avrii Monrielle   Jun 19, 2006

Running From The Rain

Rain splashes
Umbrellas unfurl
Numberous
Numbers are
In puddles
Never
Getting wet

Feet scurrying
Roses laughing, wet
Old shoelaces breaking
Mothers carrying babies

The sidewalk is gray
Happy children splash their boots
Every animal is screaming, running or joining

Raccoons eat leftovers
Apples are washed
Indigo skies
New earth

Not bad. I personally don't like the fact htat it's all over the place, but still paints a fun picture in my mind.
