Fifth line "your" should be "you're".

Apostrophes again, like "didnt" should be "didn't".

I like how this is an atypical Father's Day poem. It's not gushing with "OMG YOU'RE THE BEST DAD EVER" but it's realistic. I had difficulty writing one for my father (and in the end, didn't) because it would have been, like yours, atypical. You did a great job, I think.
