Sad Goodbyes

Tears in her eyes,
Dark grey skies,
Scars and lies,
Sad Goodbyes.

Cuts and bruises,
By words he chooses,
To say to her, everyday,
And then just go away and act asif its just another game.

She'd take him back,
But he wouldn't have her,
Why, she didn't know,
But he did not have much love to show.

She would sit alone,
Waiting next to the phone,
Longing, longing for his touch,
But nothing she could do, would ever be enough.

Lying on her bathroom floor,
She made sure she locked door,
Blood drowns the floor,
Whilst she reaches for the blade, for some more.

She hopes he realises,
all the damage he has done,
all for his own, sick ,twisted fun.
