Lost Love

My friend is lost and can not find herself

She was happy until that one dark night

Her old relationship is on her shelf

There was a long and agonizing fight

She remembers his love so clearly now

He always treated her like royalty

And she wishes he was here for her now

Loving her was his only specialty

Now she sits in her cold and dark bedroom

She lays and wonders how it all went wrong

Now she walks down the hallway to the room

Where they had that fight and now it’s all gone

She decided to drive so very far

And now she has just run into a car
