Even In Death

by Daenerys Stormborn   Jun 21, 2006

I have spent my whole life waiting
Hoping that some day I might win
And all this agonizing anticipating
Has got me living a life full of sin

At times I think my luck might change
I feel the winds debating an alteration
Time falls apart and begins to derange
Another false alarm; just an apparition

Even in death, I find my dreams convoluted
Shattered hopes cracked upon a glass frame
Pieces scattered and suspiciously distributed
This existence of mine seems an unfair game
