Special little girl - ABORTION

by sarah   Jun 23, 2006

I have all of my organs,
Although I’m only 8 inches long.
I love the sound of your heart beat,
It is my favourite song.

Your voice is so amazing,
I love every single bit.
I wave my arms and legs around mommy,
Every time I hear it.

I can suck my thumb now mommy,
I learnt this just today.
I wish that you could hold me mommy,
But I think its best I stay.

Mommy, Mommy, Guess What?
I’m your little girl,
You can do my hair,
Pick out my dresses and my pearls.

Mommy, although its very fine,
My hair is starting to grow.
And I can turn my head mommy,
Wiggle my fingers and toes.

You said we’re going to the doctors.
That’s our trip of the day.
Mommy, why are you crying?
Is everything ok?

Mommy, what’s an abortion?
That word the doctor just said?
Mommy, he said I’m not a baby,
He’s messing with your head.

I can hear the doctor again,
I don’t like him at all.
Mommy, what’s he doing?
Mommy, what’s a needle?

Mommy something’s in here with me,
Mommy it’s starting to burns.
Mommy what’s he doing?
Mommy do you get a turn?

Mommy I’m in jesus’s arms,
Mommy im okay.
He told me what an abortion is.
Why did you get rid of me that day?

Just another heart was stopped,
That’s what Jesus told me.
He said one mouth that will never speak,
Two eyes that will not see.

Why did you do it mommy?
Stop me from coming into your world?
Now ill never get to be,
Your special little girl.
