It rly makes me to here you like this. Gurl please please please DON"T...I know your hurting but this is no way to treat yourself. You deserve better than this. Give yourself a break and relax. Give youself to God pray and He will slowly take the pain away, I mean he died just for you so you wouldnt have to always feel like this.
