I really like this poem, it has some great messages. My favorite part was:

try to keep it all inside,
But I can't help it and I just breakdown and cry,
I try to laugh and smile,
But nothing seems to help,
I want to run and hide,
Sneak into a hole and maybe die,

Oh Steph.. He knows, he knows you love him. I'm sure he looks down on you and he wants to help take some of your pain. Just remeber he's always in your heart. No matter what.. Talk to him always. Never let him get to far away.
