Drowing in my blood

Hear I am,
once again,
lying on the floor,
drowning in my blood,
my body cant live anymore,
My life is hanging by a thread,
scissors in my hand,
Lord please forgive me one more time,
but tonight another victim must die,
don't let them all suffer,
from this unfaithful friend,
