I was ready to give up on you
But then u did that thing you always do
Just when i found my strength to leave
You say all the right words and that goal of leaving is never achieved
Just when i realized your loving is toxic to my heart
You tell me that you cant live with us being apart
Got me following my heart and ignoring my head
Just when i finally stopped thinking about you as i laid in bed
Here i go fallin for you all over again
Just when.......

    Look at what the ones we love do to us! Just when we finally get the courage to leave they have to tell us all those sweet nothings that they know will have us back in their trap. Dont you hate them for that and everything theyve done but cant help love them at the same time? yup..that happened with me and my ex. I finally left him though and found someone better! just open your eyes to see whats REALLY going on and youll eventually see youre better off without him.

    Im going threw the same thing right now, and i really wanna just give up but he some how draws me back in....good job i really liked the poem and a lot of people i bet can relate to it

    I can soo relate to this poem, its realli touching. I was with my last boyfriend for 3years and he cheated on me twice and treated me like crap.. id always try and leave but he'd do the same thing pulling me bak into his trap. So hun be strong and trust me we're better off without them!! Mwah xoxoxo
