You told me that you loved me
You said you'd always care
You told me that you wanted me
And that you would always be there
Now you don't talk
When I say I love you
You say OK
And yet you won't admit
Your feelings indeed have changed
I can't believe you'd lead me on
Make me believe you really cared
When indeed you never
Wanted me to be there
As I sit here crying
My heart broken twice by you
I wonder if you've done this before
Is it just some joke to you
To take the heart of a girl
And smash it into dirt
Do you think you are
The only one who has ever hurt
It hurts me everyday
Since you came back into my life
You told me that you wanted me
To maybe be your wife
I know now that you lied
And you made me believe it true
And now my heart is broken
I wish that yours was too

    Hey, that was a great poem! i went through the exact same situation not too long ago! and its terrible! so i know how you must be feeling!
    love is tough and it can hurt like hell! but you just have to stay strong and then you'll be fine!
    i cant exactly tell you if what i just said really helps! because i havent tried it! it just hurts me too much inside to even think about getting over the guy i love, but its what someone told me to do! i just havent had the courage to do it yet!
