Best friends pain

Her heart has been shattered
her best friend's in pain
he cries and whines
she hopes his torture will soon end

she can't stand this no longer
it's killing her inside
all she wants is
for his pain to subside

she can't help but think
that this boy might die
the doctor's aren't doing much about it
she has to tell the boy a lie

she tells him it'll be okay
that it will all be over in no time
she tells him to just be happy
cuz everything will be fine

but now he's going insane
she can't stand the pain
her heart is torn & in sorrow
the day might start without him tomorrow
