We are demons

by my blue eyes cry   Jun 26, 2006

The sky will turn red
when the angels cry blood
for the lost souls of the dead,

the moon will not glow
When the heavens fall to the fires below

The sun will not shine
For those who look not to their hearts
but only their mind

The ground will burn bright
When bodies of the innocent burn tonight

The moon does not glow,
for the night has nothing but evil to show

The rivers flow with innocent blood,
While the mothers of children mourn for their loss

The mountain tops cold
Covered in the bodies of the young and the old
Who climbed up so high
To pray to the heavens in the sky
but the sky has turned red
the ground burns so bright
the sun does not shine

All that lives now are those who are consumed by hate and greed
All that lives now are people
people like you and me

We do not need to die
To pay our price to that in the sky
We suffer our choices day in and day out
Weve made our homes here
Weve made our homes of fear
When the whole time we knew not,
hell was already here

We created hell with our own greed
We created the hell that we grieve
We created hell,
starting with Adam and Eve

Really Good. This is an awsome message, something that I strongly believe too. Although I found it kinda weird how you spaced out all the lines, why didn't you just make stanzas? Other than that, it was great 5/5

My favourite part is the last bit ;)
