Angel's Tears

She stands alone in shear bliss
As the blade slides over her wrist
Once more has sanity left
As she finally releases her last breath

Onto the floor she falls
Her body limp and sprawled
A silent scream lashes out into the night
The world holds a dimmer light

But as people lay sleeping
They don't notice the feeling creeping
That something has gone wrong
And for some tomorrow will be long

Her body lays still on her floor
The rain softly begins to poor
Angels are crying at the new blood spread
As this teenager lies in her room dead

As eyes slowly fade and close
No one notices, no one knows
As the final blood is pooled
No one senses, everyone's fooled

No note was left to explain
Only a sadness that will always remain
Only a blade stained with blood
And angel's tears that continue to flood..
