What we had is far, yet so close, like its on the ocean floor, yet its right next door. What we had is crumpled, yet perfectly straight, like a crumpled up paper, yet a perfect paper. What we had is broken, yet still so complete, like broken glass, yet a whole vase. What we had is empty, yet still full, like a glass thats empty, yet a heart thats full. What we had is forgoten, yet still there, like friends gone away, yet best frineds still here. What we had is gone, yet it never left, like a brother that moved, yet a baby that cant. What we had is real, yet so very fake, like a reality show, yet a cartoon. What we had was old, yet its still brand new, like a childhood toy, yet teenagers makeup. What we had is against the law, yet still perfectly fine, like commiting a crime, yet kissing on sidewalks. What we had can not be felt, nor seen by other people but us, for what we felt about eachother, is inside of both of us.
