Forgotten Memory

I'm scared that you won't be there
I'm scared I'll be alone again
I don't want to be buried
Left to the solitude

To hide in the shadows
To be eaten by torment
Scared by hatred
Lost without you

I die each day
Growing faster every hour
Slowly fading away
A forgotten memory

As I lay in my bed
My memories of you play in my head
The pain of losing you
Haunts me every second

I can't forget you
I can't feel for anyone else
Once I lost you
I lost myself

It's a constant battle
I'm losing strength
My soul is turning cold

You said you would be there
I guess some promises break
