Death Asked For My Hand

by Iflookscouldkill   Jun 27, 2006

It knocked upon my door,
It courted me upon my door step.
It kissed my cheek ever so gently
It warmed my lips

And when death asked for my hand
I turned away in rejection
And when Death asked for my hand
I told him I didn\'t want his affection

And so as a result as to this rejection
Death now stalks me
Making my simple life a commotion.
