It twinkled it shone
but soon is was gone
my star did not last
after a while my star had passed
i fell from its place
it was gone without a trace
i knew that the light took a while
for me to see it and for it to make me smile
the star Had gone before i saw it
there was not enough time to study or draw it
my star was gone to me that was a crime
but i knew that while looking at it..
i was looking back in time
the star was gone before the colors reflected into my eyes
i cant bring my star back...the sky lies
