Hearts break
tears fall
trust dies
loves lost

when you said no more lies
i had to turn away
to hide my face
so you couldn't see my heart break

i walked home in silence
not feeling a thing
totally numb
before the tears fall

you said forever
said you would never cheat
i believed you and your lies
my trust began to die

but now i know hearts can heal
tears can dry
trust can be revived
and love found

but maybe with someone new
someone better than you

i wrote this a week before my bf told me that he had cheated, in nearly exactly the same way! how creepy is that!!!
