I loved the idea of black roses. It signals death, or dying. Which already gave it a haunting dark image. Then making it a present for someone else, wow. Hmm, a heart break and then she snaps. This is a really good poem , a really cool story with really good images. Well, haunting images! Ouch!.. getting cheated on with the best friend, I can see the reason for this poem. So sorry. Great write though, I hope it didn't really happen!..

Ah well, no one respects love anymore. I noticed that your poems basically on't rhyme, but they sound great anyway. Dark, blunt, and emotional. Very good!

Amazing poem! It was written really well and it keeps the readers attention the whole way through--- My favorite stanza is the last one:

"He broke my heart
I will break his neck
As I tell him thanks for the roses"

It shows how angry you are after the rest of the poem is more based on sadness and not trusting anymore--

A cool heart break poem. I really loved the line

"I will break his neck"

It shows-in a way-that even though someone's playing along they will get even when they can. Loved the dark atmosphere and all. Really cool write for it's dark/sad content.
