I love him

I spend my days
lying in bed
wondering weather this is love
or lust or maybe even
simply a crush,

but he makes me feel so
loved
cared for
and most importantly
happy.

sometimes I dream
he is in my arms
I feel so incredibly safe
and wish I could stay like that forever.

but then I wake up
and realize it was simply a dream
and like everything else in this world
it must end
