Cradeling a broken heart

by just chelsea   Jun 29, 2006

He held her in his arms
And he began to cry
Cradling his broken heart
In her fatal lie

She lay still within his arms
Drenched in tears and rain
Inhaling a new found glory
Exhaling her burning pain

Tears rolled down her cheeks
With hers his fell in time
Leaving them in a closed book tale
Of the girls suicidal crime

He held her lifeless body
Stained crimson tears blood
Shattered memories of her life
Flowing in the flood

Goodbyes written next to her
She stood in a crimson parade
As he held her in her arms
Watching his only love fade
