Tripping heartache grenades

by just chelsea   Jun 29, 2006

She walked down the isle
In her dress died red
Flashing a caked on smile
Walking down the path
Going to meet her groom
Tripping heartache grenades
Heading to her tomb
Holding back the firery tears
Walking to her doom
Meeting death at the end
Stepping down that isle
Trying to find a new station
With the broken radio dial
Disregarding hopes and dreams
Content with a funeral bed
Walking down the highway
Ignoring the words he said
Words cut like a knife
To her paper heart
Dying from the bleeding
That was tearing her apart
Living in her memories
A deadly poision lie
Kissing lips so tender
As her way to say goodbye
And as death over comes her
She holds her last breath tight
Saying her final and last I do
Kissing life forever goodnight

This was a little different than what I'm used to reading.. but it was still very good!
