My Rainbow

There are many colors of the rainbow
Each has a special meaning
They are each a representation
Of what I'm really feeling

Red is for the blood
That was spilled for my pain
Orange for the sweetness
That I hope to feel again

Yellow for the light inside
The one buried deep in me
Green for the beauty
That I have yet to see

Blue for being happy
And feeling bubbly and fun
Indigo for the deep feelings
That all mix into one

Lastly there is violet
Which is my favorite color of all
It's bright enough to lift you up
But dark enough to let you fall
