The girl of my dreams

Last night i had a dream
And i think that you were there
But my memory's still alittle foggy
What else happened, im still unaware

It's beginning to come back to me now
Yes, I beginning to see
I remember the way you looked
I remember some of the things you said to me

I remember how beautiful you looked
You were wearing snow white dress
You looked at me with your eyes so deep
You looked like an angel, I must confess

I tried to say something
But nothing would come out
I opened my mouth but only came silence
I could not whisper nor could I shout

But you had something to say
Not what I expected
You told me you hated me
And inside I felt rejected

Now i was able to talk
I told you I loved you
You just gave me an icy look
The sadness in me grew

I stared at you
You stared at me right back
You started to look very angry
Your eyes once brown, now black

You took a step forward
And I did the same
Now you looked even angrier
Your eyes once black, now flame

Then I took a step back
For I feared you so
But you took another step foreword
Your eyes once flame now glow

You took one more step
My emotions exploded inside
But then i sprang up in my bed
With my eyes onced closed now open wide

Last night i had a dream
And i think that you were there
Now that i look back on it
It wasnt a dream, it was a nightmare...
