Such a sad little faerie
she stands in ther cold wishing on a star
thinking how her life is going, where will she be
she sees something ahead, ,not to far
oh its just a tree
she sits againt the peeling bark
huddling into herself, tucking her wings
no trace shes there, not a mark
she feels so alone there
and feels like nobody wants her
she loves her famlily and boyfriend, she does care
but she feels useless and like her life is a blur
she falls asleep against the hard tree
and awakes feeling refreshed in the morning
thats only because her love is there with a key
she is puzzled and he tells her its not a warning
he explains that the key is for his heart
and he softly says i love you
she begins to cry and says i love you to sweetheart
he helps her up and gives her his jacket
this makes things in her life a little better
he stops and puts on another jacket because he packed it
they walk back together hand in hand, starting a new life after
