Thank you for saving me from me

I couldn't really think where to put this poem. But to all my friends, and family. I love you, and thank you.

My friends and family, the ones I love
I owe my life to you, because of all you have done for me
You have given me strength, love and hope
You have put me back on my feet and headed me in the right direction
No matter how many times I fall, you are always there to catch me
And when I plan to do something stupid you wont think twice about snapping me out of it.
To you all I have made promises, ones I will not break
They are what make me come to my senses and realise that I'm not the only one hurting
Every time I cut a tear falls from another's eye
And every time I cry, another begins to worry
As the pain of my loved ones echo through my mind
I begin to feel the need to stop,
I want to feel happy, and I want to smile again
And I know that with you all by my side, I can get through this
That's why I thank you
