Untitled

Warm spring rain
And whispering winds
Thinking back
To the very end
Bright rainbows sparkling
Through the dark grey sky
Looking at the spot
Where my body now lies
Cool dewy grass
And budding flowers
Only having been buried there
A few short hours
The dampness of the dirt
And darkness of the ground
Feeling my now healed neck
Where the rope was tightly bound
Birds faintly singing
And the silent crawl of bus
All my friends and family
Embrace in endless hugs
Large towering trees
And odd shaped stones
Seeing all of their tears
And hearing their faint moans
A slight breeze passes
As I tell them I'm ok
That I'm sorry they're hurting
But I just couldn't stay
A butterfly flutters past
And they seem to understand
Seeing them so hurt
Was not a part of my plan
My grandparents and sister
Uncles, aunts, and cousins too
All knew that I was hurting
There was nothing they could do
I explained in my note
It wasn't their faults
I couldn't handle what was going on
I had to put it to a halt
The sun starts shinning
And a few raindrops fall
My spirit slowly lifts
As I hear Him begin to call
I take His hand
As the clouds close tight
Taking all my loved ones
Out of my sight.
