I Miss You Mom

by tayXcore   Jul 3, 2006

"I Will Remember You" was the song.
It seems like yesterday, but its been kind of long.
Looking at the pictures that I took.
When you passed away my whole world shook.
I will always remember the the time, the date, and the place.
I will never ever forget your beautiful face.
"I'm so tired but i cant sleep."
Everytime I hear that, it makes me weep.
How could this happen, Specially to you.
I will remember you and I love you.
Crying and writing is how I deal with this.
When you were on that bed, I just had to give you one last kiss.
The first time I saw you on that bed.
Tears poured out of my eyes; nothing was said.
You couldn't move, you couldn't talk.
A week before you passed you couldn't even walk.
When you took your last breath I couldn't stop crying.
Mom you were holding on and tried of trying.
Mom you looked beautiful at your funeral; everyone came.
But as for me; its God I still blame.
Beautiful face and no hair.
You didn't care, you let everyone stare.
For a year and a Half you were so sick.
But why did he have to take you so quick?
I think about you everyday.
My thought about you will never go away

please comment these i would really love to know what you think of them thanks

I can't imagine what it's like to lose a parent.. I fear for when the time comes. You really are a powerful writer. Every poem I have read of yours is truly genuine and has a power within them. You know how to pull the readers emotions back and forth in a good way to relate with your writing and emotions. Your writing is raw and unscripted. I love it. Keep your head up, your mom would be very proud I am sure and I bet she is so happy to know you're writing for her, for yourself, and for your life as you continue to grow. Lovely work, stay strong, keep writing.
