I know how you feell..except me and my ex were together for only one month and he broke up with me the day after our one month anniversary..but then he came running back like 2 days afterwards..but I couldn't take him back just then..he really hurt me..but I will always love him..and I still do..but it wouldn't hurt to use a little punctuation..it was kind of hard to read without it..but nice poem..

Great job. I understand how you're feeling. My ex hurt me soo much so many times I broke up with him, and our 3 month was in less than two weeks. I was extremely hurt. I would die for him. Nothing had changed. But I got over him... Although it took like an eternity. Good luck!
