That feeling that I've lost something
That wasn't ever there
Has left me lonely and depressed
Crying out with despair
As I realise that life I had
Is now left behind
Those old friends, grown up now
Only memories in my mind
My first love with people I don't know
Come back to this land where I should be
But as I gaze at those photos absent
Of one figure, there should be me
