Why does it have to be this way

by Your Blood I Want.   Jul 5, 2006

Why does it have to be this way?
I think I'm going blind
Pupils grey with sorrow
An inconsistant kind
Of sadness being alone
A set of gloves sit next to be
All soaked in my own blood
I try to blank out your picture but nothing takes my mind away
All I see is your smile
The one that makes me tremble
The one that puts me together
The one that rips me apart
My eyes glaze over
When I see yours glisten
Everyone tells me don't
But I won't listen
I can't
I won't
I see a shroud of darkness
lit up around you
and as the shroud of dark lifts
I see him.
Why does it have to be this way?

    I loved this one
i liked how at that one part:
"All I see is your smile
The one that makes me tremble
The one that puts me together
The one that rips me apart"
the lines seemed to cancel eachother out making an awesome effect
    i loved it , nice work 5/5
