The Landlord and Tenant Act

by YetiMan   Jul 5, 2006

Tenants, carve your steps
to higher ground,
and I will lick the ridges smooth.

Do not assume to claim
with any colored bits of cloth;
It only serves for me
to nip and suckle on the bib.

Try a jovial escape
among the blowing seeds,
and I shall flick you aside
with absolute disinterest.

Enjoy the remainder of your stay.
The cost of this arrangement,
is based only on your conduct.
In parting all I ask is:
Keep your feet up off the furniture.
