Grand plan

by Andy   Jul 5, 2006

Is this the grand plan? The one god designed.
Bombs dropping babies crying out aloud to the
heaven grates. Trying to shatter the clouds. Just
let the rain fall down and drown it all out again.

When the sun doesn't shine tell me would you give
up hope? It's not suppose to be like this it's all wrong.
It has to be all wrong. Somewhere down the line something
had to sharp in two like the beats of a soldiers heart. Keeping
those warm thoughts of home just trying to make it back to
where everything feels alright. Just feels alright.

Didn't ask for this life style wanted no part in this tale
of a boy. Not forgetting, Not trying to remember. So tell me
is this the grand plan? The design god built for us? Don't
let the angels sing you that same song of Faith cause' It's
a lie. Blunt and right to the point like the end of a bullet. A bullet
through a heart of suicide. Looking up at the ceiling of the church
through closed eyes. Preying asking for answer only left with questions.
That are unanswered.

Listen to that sweet melody the one that goes....SCREW THE GRAND PLAN!
BREAK GOD'S DESIGN. This is my life and I won't play the part of a murder
for my faith. I won't listen to the words of the elder's. It's passed down bullshit
to bullshit. I'm not part of a generation of sadness and death. No more so
give em hell, Make the ground shake, Let the angels feel it in there hearts.
Dreamers wake up and turn dreams into life. I won't be want they want!
I'm going to tear the wall of reality and shatter the endless silence of those
doubtful eyes.
