You know that feeling in your stomach
The one that never seems to go away
The one that makes you feel emotionally sick
The feeling that leaves you drained
Its that feeling you get when you experience something
Hear something you don't want to hear
See something you don't want to see
And keep a feeling you don't want near
I have this feeling at the moment
Having to cope with it is untrue
I sit here typing this poem
As in my heart I don't know what to do
It is hurting me so deeply
So that all I want to do is cry
It takes away all of your soul and passion
It makes your soul want to lie
So if you understand this feeling
It is something better to express
So when you read this poem
Think about the feeling, it is probably for the best
