HELP ME!

I am smiling on the outside,
But looks can decieve,
What I want is someone,
To come and help me breathe.

My face is lit up,
It's easy not to be me,
I wish someone would come,
And try to help me see.

I look down upon you,
And hold out a helping hand,
Isn't that ironic,
Cuz I need help tp stand,

I need help with so much,
The pain inside my heart,
Please someone come help me,
Before I fall apart.
